NYSE: WLL Whiting Petroleum – A Stronger Company Significant Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2014 Achievements 1) December 2014 Whiting Completes the Acquisition of Kodiak Making Whiting the Largest Bakken / Three Forks Producer in the Williston Basin. 2) Record Whiting Production: 114,530 BOE/d in 2014, up 22% over 2013.
