1 Opportunity Overview Titan Energy, LLC (“Titan”) is considering the sale of certain leasehold interests in its Eagle Ford assets (the “ Asset”) Titan has engaged Intrepid Partners, LLC (“Intrepid”) as its financial advisor to solicit proposals for the Asset Key Highlights Asset Locator Map – Lower Eagle Ford Structure Key Statistics • 10,855 gross acres (10,162 net acres) in Atascosa county in the prolific Eagle Ford Shale – 94% average WI, with rights from surface to base of the Buda – 89% HBP with no CDCs or further drilling obligations • Large production base with significant cash flow – Net production of ~1,800 Boe/d – Annualized 2019 operating cash flow of $21.2mm • Large inventory of high IRR development locations planned at 500’ spacing in the Lower Eagle Ford – 41 gross drilling locations at a conservative spacing – Average lateral length of 8,800’ – 68% of drilling locations are 7,500’ or longer Premier Operated Position • Titan’s position sits in the heart of the Eagle Ford black oil window south of the Atascosa Trough – Optimal geologic characteristics of the Lower Eagle Ford lead to strong well results – OOIP estimates as high as 26 MMBo/section across the asset • Development spacing at 10 wells per section leads to conservative recovery factors of below 15% • Asset is primed for continued development in the Eagle Ford with significant infrastructure already in place World-Class Reservoir • Blue-chip operators, including EOG, CHK, and Venado, are actively permitting and drilling offset to the leasehold position • Neighborhood boasts a plethora of takeaway infrastructure with proximity to Gulf Coast markets Established and Active Area Gross Acreage (acres) 10,855 Net Acreage (acres) 10,162 Working Interest 94% Held by Production 89% Development Locations 41 Single Well IRRs (1) 40-60% Atascosa McMullen ___________________ (1) Strip pricing as of August 29, 2019 Titan Faults -3,000 -11,000
