Angola is in a race against time to draw in new foreign investment it needs to offset the expected declines of its domestic oil and gas production. Sonangol, the state oil company, is negotiating contracts for new blocks with international oil companies, and the country is expected to hold an international tender next year, the first since 2011.Oil and gas accounts for 95% of the country’s exports and 70% of government revenue, Reuters reported.......
