According to the North Dakota Department of Mineral Resources, the state’s oil production was relatively flat in January, averaging 1.4 MMbo/d. Gas output hit a new record of 2.7 Bcf/d, up 2.6% from the previous month. Of the gas volumes, 2.2 Bcf/d was captures, with state-wide flaring activity flat at 19%.
