Tidewater Midstream & Infrastructure Ltd. struck a $277 million deal to acquire Husky Energy’s light oil refinery in Prince George, British Columbia. As part of the deal, Husky entered into an offtake agreement with Tidewater for 90% of the nameplate capacity on diesel and gasoline volumes produced at the refinery. The largest of 14 acquisitions by Tidewater in the past four years, according to Enverus’ M&A Database, the deal expands its liquids value chain......
