Tidewater Midstream & Infrastructure Ltd. struck a $277 million deal to acquire Husky Energy’s light oil refinery in Prince George, British Columbia. As part of the deal, Husky entered into an offtake agreement with Tidewater for 90% of the nameplate capacity on diesel and gasoline volumes produced at the refinery.
