Cambodia may get some investment rubles thrown its way, courtesy of Russia’s Novatek, which may invest in LNG there, particularly in supply, storage station construction and conversion. Novatek wants to study Cambodia’s LNG market to make sure it is adequate, said Cheap Sour, the country’s director-general of the General Department of Petroleum. Sour emphasized that the two parties have only had one meeting thus far.
