Investment in international exploration is showing stability following the post-oil price crash low seen in 2016. As pointed out in a recent article by Drillinginfo international upstream data director Dai Jones using the DI International platform, this is reflected in exploration drilling and licensing data from 2018 and 1Q19 continuing the trend shown in 2017 with some strong indications of increasing investment through 2019.
