Enbridge will put the Canadian portion of the Line 3 replacement into service by YE19, having reached a commercial agreement with shippers. The US portion remains up in the air with completion of the full 1,031-mile pipeline from Hardisty, Alberta, to Superior, Wisconsin, coming no earlier than late 2020.
