Frontline Ltd. completed its acquisition of 10 Suezmax tankers built in 2019 from commodity trader Trafigura. The parties did not announce a final value for the transaction, which was valued as up to $675.29 million when announced in August. Geneva-based Trafigura agreed to take $538-547 million cash and 16 million ordinary shares of Frontline. The deal valued the shares at $8/share.
