Anglo-French oil company Perenco confirmed that it launched a strategic
review of its assets in the southern North Sea following media reports in the UK. The
company has reportedly hired Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co. to run the sales process.
The Sunday Times reported, with Ineos among the companies expressing interest.
