Murphy Oil expects its Gulf of Mexico output to average 52,750 bbl/d of liquids and 20 MMcf/d of gas during Q1. The company’s capex has been set at $1.25-1.45 billion, compared to an estimated $1.18 billion in 2018. The Gulf of Mexico will attract $216 million, primarily related to field development projects, including the Dalmatian subsea pump and the Samurai field development activities. Murphy will also be investing capital for a pre-FEED waterflood study for St. Malo......
