SRC Energy (formerly Synergy Resources Corp) is an independent energy company engaged in the acquisition, exploitation, exploration, development, and production of oil and natural gas properties in the United States.
The company's core area of operation is in the Denver-Julesburg Basin, which encompasses Colorado, Wyoming, Kansas, and Nebraska.
On March 3, 2017, the company's name was changed from Synergy Resources Corp to SRC Energy.
Production---
By late Summer 2017, the company reported 60,000 net acres, 150+ operated well and 32,624 Boped with plans to exit at 40,000-41,000 Boepd.
Capital Structure---
The Company's borrowing base and total commitments have been increased to $400 million under its revolving credit facility, increasing from $225 million and $210 million respectively. The increases are primarily a result of wells brought onto production through mid-year 2017. The Company currently has $150 million drawn on the facility.
